The selection process considers the depth, relevance and uniqueness of the providers offering, a cross sectional review of customer feedback and years of service. Note that the years of service is considered but does not preclude new businesses from being selected.

Candidates are selected based on proactive market analysis and service offering reviews. So no formal entry submittal process is required. However, service providers who would like to be considered for selection into the program, can request by email to be considered for the program in the order they are received.
Dogthority continually monitors service provider profiles on the site and considers input from customers to ensure the integrity of the providers that are presented on the site. Customers that view the site should perform their due diligence when considering any service provider that will engage with their dog and family. Service delivery, as we all know, is about assessing trust, loyalty and reliability – 3 key drivers when selecting a service provider.

Program Details
Recipients are evaluated proactively by Dogthority on a quarterly basis. No formal request is required to be selected into the program. However, requests for consideration to be in the program can be mailed in to Dogthority and will be considered in the order they are received.
Based on being selected into the program, a profile page is constructed and the recipient is alerted of their selection and can review the page online.
Recipients of the award can simply email Dogthority if they prefer not to be represented on the site and it will be removed.
Recipients are presented on the site for approximately 6 months and are recorded on the Dogthority Select Wall.
Dogthority Select recipients can email Dogthority and request to be permanently presented on the site. They will be granted a login and will be retained on the site without the need to pay the annual fee. Requests for retention must be in writing and must be received while your profile is posted on the site. All rules and self maintenance guidelines apply if your profile is retained on the site.
Dogthority reserves the right to remove any profile retained on the site at any time without cause.
